About The Famous Group.
Meet The Famous Group. We build Famous brands.
The Famous Group was founded in 2003 under the original name of Hello Media. After some rebranding of our own, we emerged as The Famous Group. We are proud to be an established and respected Brisbane design agency, specialising in web design, print design, branding, photography, editing, proofreading and copywriting.
We believe that the proposition offered by The Famous Group is unique. We offer a complete creative service, incorporating all aspects of web and print design, including full editorial and photographic services. It's everything you need, all in the one place.
As business people ourselves, we know the value of a strong brand image and good website and marketing materials, no matter what size the business is. And we know how important it is to get value for money when you make the investment branding and marketing. That's why our goal is to create appealing creative solutions that are focused on making a significant return on your investment.
The Famous Group is backed by a team of experienced and dedicated staff, all of whom are focussed on the task of making things look (and sound) good. In fact, dare we say it, some of them are downright obsessive about it.
Our creative director has extensive experience working in both the UK and Australia, as both a print and a website designer. We won't bore you with the long list of clients he's worked with, but amongst the big brand names there are some unusual ones, such as The Prince's Trust (that's Prince Charlie, don't you know!). He has also done work for companies in a variety of other countries, including the United States and New Zealand. He's a friendly guy and a bit of a chatter, so we think you'll like him.
Our editorial director has both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in journalism and communication, including a PhD in journalism from the University of Queensland. She has worked extensively as a writer, editor and proofreader, catering to print and online clients in the UK and Australia, including the BBC and MTV. She has also worked at several Australian universities teaching journalism skills to students.
Of course, our other staff are experienced and, we think, pretty darn nice, as well. After all, we think it's important to work with people that we like and that you'll like, too.
